Full Service Planning
Includes 20 hours of meeting with client, event budget allocation, vendor communication, extensive timeline creation, theme and decor planning, tracking RSVPs, floor plans, assistance with set up on the day of and day of coordination.
Add ons: Website creation, invitation creation, attend vendor meetings
Partial Planning
As you event get closer, you can relax and hand off all responsibilities to us! Includes 5 hours of meeting with client, final coordination with all vendors, floor plan creation, communication with venue and assistance with set up on day of and day of coordination. Add ons: Anything else you would like from the full service package.
Day of Coordination
On the day of your event, enjoy it as a guest, we will run the show for you! Help with setting up all the decor, communication with all vendors and guests, ensuring that the timeline is followed, tearing down the event at the end of the night, and everything else that will allow you to enjoy the day without out being stressed about hosting it!
Full Decor Suite
Anything you want decorated, we got it covered. Hand off the responsibility to us. Includes any and all the decor needs you may have. Florals, backdrops, photo booths, table scapes and all other details you want as part of our event. We will also set it all up and tear it down for you! One develop a theme together we will go through iterations of mock up for your event. We will source and provide all decor to ensure that it matches the theme and is cohesive throughout.
Partial Decor Suite
We cover the specific decor needs you have, pick and choose what you need! You may have certain elements you have already purchased or booked, but are still looking for help to finish up your cohesive decor look! We can tie in all the elements of your event to ensure the decor matches the theme and is complete! Whether it is tablescapes, florals or photo booths, reach out to us and we can see how we can tie it to your existing decor.

Hey, I'm Prishni!
Plantastic Events Inc. started because of my passion for events. After getting my software engineering degree, I really quickly realized that I did not enjoy it. Then, I went to school for event planning and fell in LOVE.
Ever since starting in this industry, going to work is what I look forward to each day - so naturally, I decided to start my own company.
This all started with my love for my own birthdays and my obsession with a movie called Band Bajaa Baraat, which follows a girl building her wedding planning business. I decided this was the path I wanted to take and dove right in.
Fun Fact: I am obsessed with the color pink, so if the theme of your event has any pink in it , working with you will be my dream come true!
